Kyle Dean, MD
Kyle Dean, MD is a lifelong resident of the Greenwell Springs area. Dr. Dean graduated from
Louisiana College in 1990 and graduated from Louisiana State University Medical School in
New Orleans in 1994. He then completed a Family Practice Residency at the Medical Center
of Central Georgia in Macon, Georgia in 1997. Dr. Dean is Board Certified in Family Medicine
and has been in private practice in Baton Rouge since 1997. Dr. Dean is a Fellow of the
American Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr. Dean has a special interest in Aesthetic Medicine and is the medical director
of North Point Spa.
Dr. Dean has been married to his wife Debbie for 20 years, and they have four children who
all attend Central Private School. Dr. Dean is very active with Central Private and serves as
Team Physician for Central Private's Athletic Department. He enjoys spending time with his
family, duck hunting, and attending LSU sporting events. Dr. Dean attends Greenwell Springs
Baptist Church where he serves as a Deacon and teaches "The Married Life" Sunday School
Class. Dr. Dean also joins his church mission team each year on a medical mission trip to
Honduras and Nicaragua where they are able to provide medical care to thousands who are
otherwise unable to obtain medical care.
Allison Jackson, PA-C
Allison is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She received a Bachelorís of Science degree
from Louisiana State University in Kinesiology. She completed her degree in Physician
Assistant at LSU Health Science Center in Shreveport Louisiana in 1999. She practiced in
Shreveport in Internal Medicine and was the Clinical Coordinator and an instructor for LSU
Health Science Physician Assistant Program until relocating back to Baton Rouge.
She has practiced in emergency medicine and cardiology since returning to Baton Rouge.
Allison joined North Point Family Health in October 2008. She is married and has 2 children.
In her off time she enjoys LSU sports, softball, music, and spending time with her family.
Tracey K. Reily, PA-C
Tracey Kirby Reily is a certified Physician Assistant who has lived in the Central
community for most of her life. She earned a Bachelor of Science from Southeastern
Louisiana University and later attended PA school at LSU Health Sciences Center in
Shreveport, Louisiana. Once becoming a PA, she has served the Baton Rouge community
focusing in urgent care, family medicine and disease prevention. Mrs. Reily is also active
in Physician Assistant education and serves as faculty at Our Lady of the Lake College.
Dr. Herschel B. Dean, MD
Dr. Herschel B. Dean is a native of Monroe, Louisiana and has been a resident of Baton Rouge
since 1955. Dr. Dean is a graduate of Istrouma High School of Baton Rouge. He received his
undergraduate degree at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. He obtained his Medical
degree from Louisiana State University Medical School in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Dean
has been has practicing Family medicine in Baton Rouge since 1969.
Dr. Dean is married to the former Dorothy Anderson. They have 4 children and 16 grandchildren.
He has enjoyed practicing medicine with his son, Dr. Kyle Dean since 1997.
In Dr. Dean's time away from the office, he enjoys hunting, gardening, traveling with his wife and
spending time with his grandchildren. Dr. Dean enjoys participating in the activities of his church.
He is an ardent LSU and Chicago Cubs fan.
Dr. Dean thoroughly enjoys the challenges of Family Practice and the wide variety of medical
cases he has seen over his years of practice. Especially dear to his heart are the years of
interaction he has had with many of his patients.
Rhonda R. Browning, Med, MSN, APRN-C, FNP, PMHNP
Rhonda R. Browning, Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, has her certifications in family
practice and family psychiatric mental health. She received both her Masters of Nursing in
Family Practice and post-graduate degree in Family Psychiatric Mental Health Practice
from the University of South Alabama in Mobile. She has also received her Masters of
Education in Community Counseling from Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond.
Mrs. Browning has extensive experience in Womenís Reproductive Psychiatry after working
nearly a decade in this area. She treats women, men, and children. The ultimate goal of
her healing and treatment mission encompasses not just the body and the mind but
encourages the human spirit to connect with family and to grow.
